We stayed multiple days over the Holidays. House is as described, very clean with lots of sleeping options more than pictures show. We traveled with a Grandparent, 10 year old, and small dog. Pool was perfect and used daily. Temperature stayed warm and very comfortable even when the outside temperature dropped to less than 50. Jason was proactive and super responsive to any inquiries. Highly recommend for families.

Great stay! The location was very convenient to the beach, and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the heated pool and firepit. The property was exactly as described and truly exceeded our expectations.

Such a neat house. Quirky layout, but very nice. Comfortable bed in the master. Hot tub was nice and toasty on a cool fall night. I would definitely recommend this place for couples. Close to the beach and to town.

The place was beautiful and well decorated. It has everything at the house you need. The pool was the best addition. Laid out by the pool all day and followed it with an evening by the fire pit. Very spacious and room for everyone to sleep. Great walking distance to the town of Evia for coffee or a small bite.

We absolutely love this house—so much that we’ve now stayed here twice for our annual girls’ trip! The home is just as adorable as the pictures show, with a perfectly curated and luxurious feel. Every detail is thoughtfully done, giving it the most beautiful aesthetic.
The pool is such a treat—an amazing bonus after a day at the beach—and the location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short distance from Evia, where you’ll find the cutest shops, a cozy coffee spot, and a fantastic bistro.
Jason is an outstanding host—extremely responsive, flexible, and kind. It’s so refreshing to find an Airbnb where early check-ins and late check-outs are handled with such grace and without unnecessary charges. Jason, thank you for being such a gracious and accommodating host—you truly make the experience that much better.

Jason’s place was the perfect location for a long weekend getaway. Our party had 4 adults and two tween/teens. We had more than enough room to have our own quiet space when needed. The pool is great and was a good size for our group. The home sits on a corner lot so only one side neighbor who was very friendly. If you have rented in Galveston before you may know that is not always the case with residents. The house is just a few blocks from the beach but I do recommend a vehicle and not trying to walk it. We look forward to renting this place again in the future when visiting our family in the area. Jason was very responsive to all communication. Highly recommend!
