We have managed vacation rentals for 15 years and we will provide extras that will make your stay amazing. Please no glass by the pool or in the pool. (This includes glass bottles) It is very expensive if we have to drain and clean the pool if a glass breaks.

This house has a great location close to all the attractions and VERY close to the beach. We lived in the house for 15 years and it is very quiet. We call this "mid town" because it is the middle of the island. You can also hear the waves most nights crashing on the beach.

Jason’s place was the perfect location for a long weekend getaway. Our party had 4 adults and two tween/teens. We had more than enough room to have our own quiet space when needed. The pool is great and was a good size for our group. The home sits on a corner lot so only one side neighbor who was very friendly. If you have rented in Galveston before you may know that is not always the case with residents. The house is just a few blocks from the beach but I do recommend a vehicle and not trying to walk it. We look forward to renting this place again in the future when visiting our family in the area. Jason was very responsive to all communication. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Jason’s place with 3 families getting together for a visit. It had everything we needed. The heated pool was so great to have and the beach is only about 1/2 a mile away, very walkable! Our toddlers loved the headed pool and didn’t want to get out. It was overall a great stay!

The place is amazing, very spacious, kitchen well supplied, bathrooms were spotless, communication with the owner always a big plus, if I may add two minor suggestions would be to add beach towels to the pool and a television in the master bedroom would be nice. Other than that it was a Perfect stay!

One of the best houses that I have ever rented. Clean and well equipped with anything you might need. The owners rent the place themselves and are communicative and take a lot of pride in the house. Highly recommend! We will be back.

The house was perfect for our group, we loved the pool! Jason was responsive & helpful. The location is excellent- less than 5 minute drive to the seawall & approx 10 minute drive to the strand. There is a dollar store a few blocks away, great for last minute items & snacks. There is also ample street parking. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Jason is great with communication and very helpful. The house matched the description. Kids were excited there were plenty of pool toys, there was plenty of kitchenware, restrooms had plenty of towels and the beds were all very comfortable. Will definitely try to rebook next time we visit the island.

Mr. Jason has a wonderful place in Galveston! He was super responsive and always available for anything we needed. The pool was awesome and cleaned right before check-in! The place was bigger than we expected. We were able to walk to the beach, it’s that close! Overall a wonderful place and host.

What a great experience! Check in was a breeze, the house and pool were in excellent condition. Jason is on point, we asked him to adjust the pool temp a little bit and it was done in 10 minutes. The location was also perfect, we are already planning the next trip!
