Great family beach house located on Palm Beach in Galveston. Updated kitchen and bathroom ( 2023) w/ fresh paint on the outside. There is a fun tiki bar downstairs and a hot tub on a deck leading from the primary bedroom . We added new furniture and luxury mattresses in 2024 along with style added by a professional stager . Beautiful new landscaping with palms and games for the kids. Fire pit and seating area . 1 br downstairs(private) with bath. Primary up with separate bunk room and day bed.

Good to know

The house has a breezeway open the beach breeze but screened in. In this area you fill find a Tiki bar, bathroom, and a sitting area with TV and Kids Games. There is also a bedroom ( we call it mother-in law quarters or guest quarters) with fresh paint, a sitting area and its own AC. Going up stairs you have a nice size home with sitting area, a living room with a 50 inch smart tv and updated bathroom and kitchen. There is also a dining area that seats 6 to 8 people. The kids bunk room is off of the living room. It has a slider to make it private. It has a twin bunk over a trundle bunk. The large primary bedroom has new furniture, and a luxury mattress. There is a door leading out to the back deck and hot tub ( also accessible by stairs from the private fenced back yard. We have custom bag boards, a sandbox for the kids and beautiful landscaping with cafe lights. We just added a new 6ft cowboy pool. They are super trendy and fun. ( available 7.7.25) Please note , we have recently purchased the home and will continue to update as we go! We love the house and hope you will also. It is an older home , but it's a great beach side retreat.

The place was perfect and Jason was a great host. I had a couple of questions about the place and even though he was on vacation with family he responded within minutes of my messaging him. I would definitely recommend using him and I will in the future.

This place was perfect for the whole family. Games to play by the Tiki bar as well as a hot tub to enjoy out back. We were only there for a few nights but would definitely book again! The house was clean and inviting and the host was very responsive and kind. We truly appreciate their home for our Christmas travels.

We had a wonderful experience at Jason’s property. It was exactly what the pictures showed and the amenities listed were. It’s a short walk to basically your own beach. We will definitely use him again in the future. Thank you, Jason!! 5 stars!

This was a great little house. The king bed was very soft and heavenly. The small bed off the dining room was a bit too hard but we didn't have to use it. The house was very clean and well stocked. The game area downstairs was wonderful and kept the kids busy. The handrail had a broken area to it that you had to be careful and not pinch your hand but was manageable once you knew it was there. Great location. Only complaint was not enough towels with the hot tub and then showering but other than that it was great!!!

We had a great family getaway at Jason's place. It was perfectly situated near the beach and had lots of indoor/outdoor spaces to enjoy. Jason was proactive prior to check in, and I appreciated how easy the communication was with him. We loved our stay at the "purple house!"

The house is as advertised and is located within walking distance of the beach in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The large fenced yard/firepit/hot tub is a nice bonus as well. The house was clean and organized.

We had the best time here at this beautiful house. It was comfy, cozy, and just gorgeous, down to the details!! Whoever decorated this place is a genius!! It was stocked with everything we needed, super comfy beds, right down the road from the beach, it was perfect. A very cute and quiet neighborhood, and Jason was such a gracious host who was quick to jump on any issues we had. It was a great experience and it was painful to leave! We hope to be able to stay again someday. Thank you so much!

I would recommend this to everyone. Great house if you have kids. The downstairs is a perfect place to play and enjoy your little ones. I will definitely be back.
