Maximum occupancy: 8 guests Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please do not exceed the property's maximum occupancy. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep music, voices, and outdoor activity—including hot tub use—at a respectful volume. Galveston's designated quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Galveston Texas Parties, receptions, and unauthorized events or gatherings are not permitted. No smoking or vaping indoors Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Hot Tub Please use the hot tub responsibly. No glass is permitted in or around the hot tub. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please replace the hot tub cover after use and do not add soaps, oils, bath products, or other substances to the water. Parking Please park only in the designated areas provided in your arrival instructions. Do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or alleys. There is a gated backyard area large enough for 1 vehicle and a driveway that can fit two vehicles side-by-side do not extend vehicles into the road. Trash Please place all trash in the designated receptacles and help keep the outdoor areas free of litter. The city specifically requires STR guests to comply with its trash-disposal rules. Before Departure Please follow the simple checkout instructions provided before departure. We don't ask guests to complete an extensive chore list—we just ask that the home be left reasonably tidy.
